The (aptly named) Mega Record and CD Fair is back in Holland for a 44th time.

The world’s biggest record fair will descend on the Dutch city of Utrecht next month, with over five hundred and fifty dealers expected to set up stall at the cult event, which, alongside the International Collectors’ Fair is spread over an area the size of ten football pitches.

As well as the massive sales of records, CDs, memorabilia, magazines, merchandise and assorted collectibles, the fair will also host a special exhibition on ’70s Detroit garage rock and the scene that spawned Iggy & The Stooges and MC5 among others. MC5 manager and accidental poster-boy for the legalise marijuana movement John Sinclair will be on hand to shed light on the exhibition.

The fair will take place on the weekend of 21st and 22nd November at the Jaarbeurs Convention Centre in Utrecht. Click here for more info and check out some photos from the April event below.
