From post-bop jazz to hip-hop and funk: Lefto shares new vinyl-only live set INHOUSE #4

Weekly selects from his 10K record collection.

Taking us through his immense home set-up, Lefto has shared the fourth instalment of his new, weekly, vinyl-only live series, INHOUSE.

Listen to the mix, and find out more about the records Lefto played in this week’s set below:

“This mix is one of my personal favorites in this series; opening with some middle eastern sounds I found in a record shop in Beirut, into some Herbie Hancock and Aquarian Dream. Also I played one of my favorite rap albums from Black Moon before going to San Diego for a Drumetrics banger! Got some Eddie Palmieri and Maria Marcia from Brazil, as well as some jazz from Horace Silver and a Japanese record that features Jeff Mills… to end with some NY Stomp and Detroit’s Scan 7.”
