The Vinyl Factory Soho is a unique venue located in the bustling heart of central London just five minutes walk from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Circus tube stations. It has two impressive rooms that cover nearly 6,000 sq ft of space with entrances on both Poland Street and Marshall Street.
The Gallery (white space) is just under 5,000 sq ft and holds up to 260 people, and the Studio (brick room) is just over 1,250 sq ft and holds up to 110 (if hired on its own or 60 if hired with the Gallery). The total venue capacity is 320.
The Vinyl Factory is suitable for exhibitions, presentations, trade and fashion shows, press days, launch parties and so much more. Please take a look at the photos and further information below.
Please also note that:
(a) when set-up is the same day as the event, we charge the event day rate.
(b) due to council restrictions, loading/unloading can only be carried out 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
(c) for all bookings where the event runs upto/past 6pm, we provide the morning after the event for de-rig at no charge.
(d) we require a damage deposit of £1,000 (no VAT). This is refunded post-event subject to there being no damages to the venue.
(e) we do not cater for private parties such as birthdays, weddings or bar mitzvahs.
(f) rear studio prices include part use of the main gallery for back of house/storage/catering/etc.

Communications: 1Gb fibre optic broadband connection with wi-fi and wired ports throughout the space
Toilets: 7 cubicles (1 wheelchair accessible) and a mens urinal
Fire detection and control: Fire alarm with automatic water sprinklers
