A compilation of previously unreleased Arthur Russell material, Picture of Bunny Rabbit, is set for release on June 23 via Rough Trade Records and Audika Records.

The nine tracks have been compiled from across his tape archive and two unique test pressings, with one, dated 9/15/85 by Russell, provided by his mother and sister.

It features a solo performance of “In the Light of a Miracle”, and title track “Picture of Bunny Rabbit”, which Arthur Russell penned for a friend’s pet rabbit.

The majority of Picture of Bunny Rabbit was recorded at Battery Sound Studios with engineer Eric Liljestrand.
