Caribou is releasing a new album — called Cherry — under his Daphni alias. The album will arrive this October via his own Jiaolong label.

“There isn’t anything obvious that unifies [Cherry] or makes it hang together”, says Caribou. “I think it was good that it was made without worrying about any of that. I just made it.”

Coinciding with the announcement Caribou has shared a new track and video, ‘Cloud’.

Cherry follows his last album, Suddenly, on City Slang in 2020.
