Football anthem ‘3 Lions’ reissued on 7″ in 25th anniversary edition
It’s coming home?
David Baddiel, Frank Skinner, & Lightning Seeds’ ‘3 Lions’ has been reissued on vinyl in a 25th anniversary edition, via Sony Music CMG.
Originally released in 1996 to coincide with the Euros, ‘3 Lions’ has since become an iconic football anthem, along with such classics as Gala’s ‘Freed From Desire’.
The 7″ reissue includes the original song, plus an edit of the 1998 World Cup version of the track.
It coincides with the 2020 Euros, which will see England play Ukraine on Saturday 3rd July in the quarterfinals.
