Hans Zimmer’s Dune soundtrack is being released on limited edition 2xLP, via Mondo this March.

Starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya and Rebecca Ferguson, Dune follows the House of Atreides as they land on the planet Arrakis to mine the valuable “spice”.

The film is adapted from American author Frank Herbert’s much-loved, 1965 sci-fi novel of the same name.

For the score, Zimmer combined orchestral instrumentation with electronics and vocals to “transport you right back to Arrakis.”

The 2xLP soundtrack is pressed on sand coloured vinyl, and follows the 3xLP Dune Sketchbook edition, which featured Zimmer’s extended suites.
