“A good record collection is like a good wine collection.” So says Russ Cook, founder of Stylus, a new vinyl subscription service that pairs a classic album with a bottle of wine and sends them to to your door once a month.

While there are plenty of record club options for those thirsty for home-delivered vinyl, Stylus looks to focus its musical selection on classic albums, listing favourites like The Beach Boys, Marvin Gaye and Amy Winehouse among the genre and era- spanning offerings.

On the liquid side of things, the wine is selected by connoisseurs at the Great Western Wine team and leading wine expert Angela Mount, and will be accompanied by a magazine featuring listening and tasting notes on the vintage pairing. Both record and bottle however will be a surprise.
