Behind The Counter: Rough Trade East pick their top 5 new vinyl releases

Behind The Counter is a series of films in which our favourite record shops run down their top 5 vinyl releases of the week. Following trips to Kristina Records and Sounds Of The Universe, we payed a visit Bobby Bignell’s dance counter at the cradle of the UK independent music scene, Rough Trade East.

Here’s what Bobby recommended from behind dance counter:

* Midland – Archive 01 / Realtime (Graded 12″)
* Dexter – The Trip (Melting Pot Music LP)
* Tall Black Guy – 8 Miles To Moenart (First Word Records LP)
* Omar – The Man (Freestyle Records LP)
* Mark Pritchard – Ghosts (Warp 12″)

You can visit Rough Trade online at www.roughtrade.com or in person at the Old Truman Brewery, 91 Brick Lane, London, E1 6QL.
